Our half beef will be priced based off of the carcass hanging wieght.
-$6.00/lb hanging weight for the Beef ($6.25/lb - Quarter, $5.75/lb - Whole)
-$50 for slaughter fee
-$1.10/lb hanging weight for custom processing
A typical Half will have a hanging weight of 270-330 lbs.

· 8 Short Ribs
· 6-8 Packages of Stew Meat
· 60-80 lbs of Ground Beef

Half - Deposit
Once you place your order and your deposit is receieved we will share the custom cutting instructions with you in mid October.
Please contact us if you have any questions on filling out your cut sheet. There are many different options to choose from and we want to make sure you get exactly what you want so please reach out with questions.
The butcher will notify you when your beef is ready to pick up at the end of October 2024. Please let me know if you would like your beef delivered to your house, to an agreed upon drop-off location, or if you prefer to pick it up yourself.
